Challenge
Create a brochure design template for Perstorp’s Market Sentiment Reports. The design should follow the Perstorp brand guidelines and engage the target group. The brochure will be distributed to Perstorp’s customers via their website and social media.
Solution
A good brochure design, in my opinion, balance between a fixed layout grid and visual freedom – the design should feel structured but should also have enough flexibility to make it varied and engaging. In the case of this design, the content is clearly divided into sections – which made it easy to dispose. After the disposition, I worked on creating impactful pages within the specific sections. A lot of the content consists of charts and other sorts of data – so I put much details into making those elements accessible and at the same look good.
Large images and white space are used as a contrast to the more data-driven areas. Also, quotes were incorporated into the design to give certain spreads more visual impact. Anders and I have already completed six or seven reports – and the collaboration is still ongoing.
